Are you CVAA(c) Certified?
As a CVAA certified member, we want to promote your success and the designation you have achieved to your colleagues and potential employers.  After researching other associations’ practices and determining the inherent benefits, we are pleased to implement a CVAA Certified Members Directory on the CVAA website. 
 
Under the Certification tab on the public area of the CVAA website, we will create a list of all our CVAA(c) certified members and the expiration date of your certification.  The expiration date will be updated as you renew your membership each year and submit your recertification points/rewrite the exam at the end of your five year term.  If you choose not to renew your certification or your annual membership, your name will be removed.
 
The listing will look like similar to this:

We will not provide any contact or employer information.  We hope this will act as a way for your accomplishments to be recognized both by internet and CVAA searches.
 
The Directory will be created in January 2017 and in accordance with PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act – www.priv.gc.ca) we are performing our due diligence by requesting your expressed consent to be included in the Directory.  Please indicate your preference by participating in the survey here by January 20, 2017.
 
All new CVAA members who apply to write the CVAA Certification exam will have the same option to be included.
