Vancouver CVAA/CAVAN event on November 21 was a huge success! 100 people packed into a room on a Thursday night to learn from Dr. Amit Bahl and Tonja Stevens on 
topics in VA: DIVA pts, USGPIV, extravasation and infiltration. A great time had by all - clinicians from all over BC that work in VA, outpatients, pediatrics, emergency departments, radiology/CT, and community/home care; and of course our industry partners that made it all possible. See you next year!

What are the CVAA – BC Chapter and CAVAN – BC Network?
CVAA is the Canadian Vascular Access Association and AVA is the Association for Vascular Access. The BC Chapter and Network were formed for clinicians in BC with a special interest and clinical expertise in vascular access and infusion therapy. The overall goal for the chapter / network is to provide a venue and opportunity for members to be educated and increase their awareness in vascular access and infusion therapy.
