CVAA is proud to officially partner with several organizations around Canada and the world. By joining forces, sharing education, and providing mutually beneficial resources for our members, we strengthen our missions, values, and objectives to provide best practice to our patients in every specialty. The achievement of both organizations’ missions relies on a high level of collaboration with partner organizations with shared objectives. With common priorities that include education, patient care and safety, and evidence‐informed practices, the creation of a formal partnership is undertaken to promote the successful realization of these similar goals for both organizations.

The Canadian Association for Interventional Radiology (CAIR) is the national association representing the voice and resource for the Interventional Radiology (IR) professionals in Canada. We have a Memorandum of Understanding between CVAA and CAIR that will support the attainment of similar objectives by exposing the organization’s respective members to opportunities to enhance knowledge, practice standards, and patient care.

The Canadian Association of Critical Care Nurses (CACCN) is a volunteer non-profit organization of Critical Care Nurses and the is the voice for excellence in Canadian critical care nursing. Their shared goal is to promote quality patient- and family-centered care for Canadian’s experiencing life threatening illness and injury. We have a Memorandum of Understanding between CVAA and CACCN that will support the attainment of similar objectives by exposing the organization’s respective members to opportunities to enhance knowledge, practice standards, and patient care.

Canadian Nursing Students' Association

The Canadian Nursing Students Association (CNSA) is the national voice of Canadian nursing students. CNSA is a bilingual and pan-Canadian organization advocating for the needs of all nursing students. CNSA’s goal is to increase the legal, ethical, professional, and educational aspects which are an integral part of nursing. CNSA is actively dedicated to the positive promotion of nurses and the nursing profession as a whole.
