CVAA is sharing this survey on behalf of CHU de Québec-Université Laval.
The Health Technology Assessment Unit of the CHU de Québec-Université Laval (hereafter CHU de Québec) is currently assessing the relevance of adding a dedicated vascular team to support bedside nurses dealing with difficult intravenous access (DIVA) on inpatient pediatric units. As part of this evaluation, we would like to document how Canadian hospitals are dealing with difficult peripheral intravenous catheter placement in pediatric patients.
Therefore, we are asking for you to participate in an online survey on this topic.
