Your input guides our CVAA decisions and initiatives.

Our last membership survey was in 2020 and as we all know, the last few years have been uniquely challenging. We know that there continues to be serious struggles in healthcare. We want to know how best to meet your needs as members and continue to work towards our Strategic Plan priorities. We want to hear from you about how you interpret CVAA’s value as a member, and how we can continue to improve.

All those respondents who complete the survey will receive a code to enter into the CVAA Points Program for prize draws.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and will will be available until 4:00pm EST September 30, 2022
