• Why did you decide to pursue the I-CVAA Industry Certification? As a Resource Specialist, promoting a product/process to minimize risk of infection, I need to show my customers my genuine interest in pursuing best practice regarding Vascular Access.
• Was this encouraged or required by your employer or was this your own pursuit? This was encouraged by my employer and I have thanked them for it!
• How do you think the recognition of this knowledge help in your role? My knowledge base will be current according to the CVAA 2019 Guidelines, and therefore, heard and appreciated.
