We are thrilled to announce that the Editor in Chief of the CVAA journal, Linda Verde was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Rise Development!

On Tuesday, September 24, 2019, at Rise Development's Garfinkel Awards ceremony, Linda received the honour of receiving the Entrepreneur of the Year Award, which was presented by Dr. Paul Garfinkel himself. Rise Asset Development assisted Linda with a start-up loan four years ago and provided her a mentor and other resources in support of developing her business.

With more than 40 years of editing experience and a love of books, it seems appropriate that her freelance practice, Linda Verde Editing, evolved to focussing on book editing, although she also provide a full range of editing services. She wants to take this opportunity to thank Rise for their invaluable support and this honour.
