Be a Poster Judge!

We hope you will be joining us in Toronto for the 43rd Annual CVAA Conference.  We are finalizing all the details for an exceptional line-up of speakers, presentations and activities.  One such detail is the judging panel for the Poster Presentations. This year we have an exciting lineup of submissions and we are looking for 4 - 6 CVAA members to join our judging panel. Participation in this panel can be used toward your CVAA recertification points. You must be planning to attend the conference.

The judging will take place in two ways:

• Before the conference, judges will be able to view PDF versions of the posters on their own time
• During the conference between 9:30am – 11:00am on Thursday April 26 during Exhibitor/Poster Presentation time where authors will be able to present during this time

We will require that you evaluate the posters and presentations based on a consistent criteria form that will be provided to you and submit your comments and selections for first, second and third place recipients.
