What is the Auto-renew CVAA Annual Membership?
The new Auto-renew CVAA Annual Membership feature allows for automatic renewal of your CVAA membership on its expiry date if you pay via credit card. You will no longer have to worry about remembering to renew! Following the completion of your membership application, CVAA will charge membership fees to your credit card and will automatically charge your credit card each year for the following year. After each renewal we will send your receipt via email. With this worry-free feature, your membership benefits will continue without interruption!
How do I sign up?
This is an optional feature. If you wish to sign up, you can opt in when joining or renewing your membership.
How does it work?
Provided you continue to meet membership criteria, your automatic renewal participation will continue until you choose to cancel your membership or opt out of the program. If there is a change in CVAA membership fees prior to automatic renewal, the newly determined fees will be applied. Any change in membership fees will be communicated well in advance of implementation. Any additional recertification or other fees do not apply to this auto-renewal program and must be paid through the regular process.
Does CVAA store my credit card information?
No, CVAA does not store your credit card information in our database nor in any record held through our national office. All payment occurs through PayPal.
Can Auto-renew CVAA Annual Membership be cancelled?
Yes, if you no longer wish to be set up with auto-renewal, simply email cvaa@cvaa.info before December 31 each year and you will be removed from the auto-renewal program. In order to maintain your membership, you will be required to renew through the regular process. Payments made through the auto-renewal program will not be refunded if you do not contact CVAA before December 31 to request removal from the program.
